The rates are per day/person included with our breakfast buffet and include all taxes. Only the tourism tax of € 2,20 will be added and listet sperated on the invoice.

If you stay only on night you have to add € 12,00 to the price.

Children reduction in the parents`room from 0-3 years free and from 4-14 years 25,00€ per night.

Supplement of € 20,00,  per day in double single use.

Beginning on 1 January 2014, a local tax will be introduced in South Tyrol/Südtirol. The revenue from this local tax will be used for the expansion and maintenance of infrastructure and services, as well as for the organization of cultural and sports events. The local tax will be levied at all lodging establishments, on a per-guest and per-overnight-stay basis. The amount is contingent upon the category of the establishment. Children and adolescents under 14 years of age are exempt from levy. The local tax is payable upon departure and is listed separately on the invoice.
